How do I check the status of my order?

  • Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours from our U.S.-based 3PL (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
  • As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking.
  • Didn't get an order or shipping confirmation? Email us at help@genesisprotocolhealth.co and we'll resend it right away.

How long does shipping take?

United States: 1–3 business days after fulfillment, via USPS.

  • Processing time (up to 48 hours) is not included in the transit estimate above.
  • Due to carrier or weather delays, transit times may occasionally run longer than usual.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not accept or process international orders at this time. If you are located outside the U.S., please do not place an order — we are unable to fulfill it and will issue a refund.

Which carrier do you use?

All orders ship via USPS from our U.S.-based third-party logistics (3PL) partner. Tracking information is emailed automatically once your package leaves the warehouse.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your payment card details — payments are processed securely at checkout.

How do I place an order?

Browse products, choose your item, click Shop Now, and complete checkout with your shipping and billing details. We'll ship your order as soon as it's processed.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email help@genesisprotocolhealth.co within one (1) hour of placing it. After that, the order enters our 3PL's fulfillment queue and cannot be modified. Once shipped, you may return it under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
